Eltrim Kable Sp. z o.o., in addition to manufacturing electrical wires and cables, also provides services for processing copper and aluminum wire rods (copper Cu and aluminum Al).

Our services include production of the following products:

– Production of copper wires with diameters from 1,0 to 4.5 mm,

– Production of aluminum and aluminum alloy wires with diameters from 1,0 to 8,0 mm,

– Production of copper wire strands with 1 to 16 wires per strand and diameters from 0.1 to 0.5 mm,

– Production of Class 2 round copper conductors up to 1000 mm² and sector shape copper conductors up to 300 mm²,

– Production of copper and tinned copper conductors, round and flexible (flexible), class 5 and 6 conductors up to 630 mm²,

– Production of aluminum and alloy conductors, class 2 round and up to 1000 mm² and sector shape copper conductors up to 300 mm²,

– Production of copper or aluminum conductors according to the provided design, in accordance with the customer's requirements,

– Design of non-standard conductor, wire, and cable structures (the scope of the service includes design, consulting, and implementation). We also provide twisting and wrapping services using various types of materials provided by the customer.

To ensure the highest quality of our services, we have an in-house quality control laboratory where we perform a wide range of electrical and mechanical tests in accordance with applicable standards. For example, copper wires and strands are tested for resistance and wire diameter, and we also perform tensile strength and elongation at break tests.
